Does the Standard plan include single sign-on and AI?
No. Single sign-on, Tile AI, AI Widgets, Player Location-Based Playlists and emergency alerts are part of the Enterprise plan. Standard includes unlimited playlists and scheduling, the Layout Designer, Canva integration, two-factor authentication, audit logs and unlimited user accounts.
Do you offer a free plan or free trial?

Is MediaTile SOC 2 Type II certified?
Corum Digital Corporation, MediaTile's parent, holds a SOC 2 Type II report (Security) with an unqualified opinion and no exceptions, available under NDA. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit.
Where is our content stored?
On AWS, in the region that matches your organization: Canada Central for Canadian customers and US East for US customers. Account management and some metadata may be processed in either region, and content may be processed elsewhere if you turn on integrations or Enterprise AI features.
What support is included?
MediaTile is built and supported by our own in-house team. Standard includes email support and video training. Phone support with a live agent, plus onboarding training, is part of the Enterprise plan.
