MediaTile wants you to get the most out of your digital signage system. That is why our Customer Success Team will work with you to master all the features you need to be successful from the start and support you whenever you need it.
Training
MediaTile trains your team how to properly use the features built into your digital sign's content management system. The system is intuitive, but the training team will work with you to ensure that you're comfortable and able to get the most value out of your digital signage.
Support
MediaTile understands that from time to time users will require extra support to work through hardware or software questions. As a customer, you are never charged for call-in support or additional training.
The MediaTile Customer Success Team
Our Customer Success Team is made up of support and training specialists who are all based out of our R&D facilities. That means that they are the ones who helped build your software and therefore understand it intimately.

MediaTile's Customer Success Team is available Monday to Friday from 9AM to 9PM EST.
